Tanvir Singh Malik is an Associate Family Law Lawyer at Family Law Solutions. He was called to the Bar by the Law Society of Ontario in 2025 and by the Punjab and Haryana Bar Council (India) in 2019.
Mr. Malik holds a Bachelor of Laws (B.A. LL.B. (Hons.)) from Panjab University, India, and obtained a Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada’s National Committee on Accreditation.
Before joining Family Law Solutions, Mr. Malik gained extensive legal experience in both India and Canada. In Canada, he worked with the Ministry of the Attorney General – Family Responsibility Office in Toronto, providing support in family law matters specifically dealing with enforcement of child and spousal support. He provided cross functional support within the legal services branch by assisting the counsel as well as case management officers. In India, he practiced before the Punjab and Haryana High Court, representing clients in service law matters, including writ petitions and appellate proceedings. He has also represented his clients in the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh, India.
He completed his schooling at St. John’s High School in Chandigarh, ranked No. 2 among all-boys day schools in India and maintains close ties with the alumni and Jaat community in Haryana, where he has contributed to local initiatives and provided legal assistance. His commitment to community service informs his client-focused approach in Canada.

Mr. Malik is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, enabling him to serve a diverse range of clients and ensure that language is never a barrier to understanding or advocacy.
